Seminar Series DNA Sequencing & Fragment Analysis By Capillary Electrophoresis

Kelantan – This seminar series was organised and presented with BioMed Global Malaysia. The SeqStudio Genetic Analyser (Applied Biosystems) is equipped with optimised and superior features intended for robust DNA sequencing applications. The programme is a compact, affordable and complete package for R&D purposes. The seminar session was presented by Ms Nadiah Mohd Nawawi (Application Specialist) from BioMed Global Malaysia. The seminar covered the application, sample preparations, trouble-shooting and fragment analysis. The presentation was conducted in an informal, interesting and informative manner. Forty-five participants including lecturers, laboratory staff, postgraduates, industrial trainers, and researchers from the School of Medical Sciences (PPSP), School of Health Sciences (PPSK) and School of Dental Sciences (PPSG) Health Campus, Universiti Sains Malaysia attended this seminar.
