MS ISO/IEC 17025:2017 – Internal Audit

Penang – 19th March 2019, TEST@INFORMM Laboratory at INFORMM Penang led by Associate Professor Dr Venugopal Balakrishnan successfully completed the Internal Audit session for the new MS ISO/IEC 17025:2017 standard for scope of “Monodisperse particle size analysis (20-100nm)”

The auditing session was conducted by Associate Professor Sr. Dr. Zailan B. Sulieman (Lead Assessor) and Mr Khalid Ahmad (Technical Assessor) from School of Housing, Building and Planning. The main purpose of the audit is to verify the laboratory are in compliance with the new MS ISO/IEC 17025:2017 standard. In this audit, 10 Non-Conformance (NC) and 1 Observation were issued. All corrective and preventive actions need to be closed by 18th June 2019.
