Project Description
In this research project, you will learn about mitochondrial biogenesis and the effects of P. longifolia polyphenolic compounds. You’ll gain expertise in several key techniques: standardizing natural products, culturing cells, performing real-time PCR, conducting histopathological analysis, and executing immunoblotting. Additionally, you will contribute to developing anti-aging agents from natural resources, expanding your knowledge in both experimental methodologies and practical applications in the field of natural product research.

Experience
A Master’s or Bachelor’s degree with first-class honors and a CGPA greater than 3.67/4 in a related life science field.
Proficiency in animal cell culture techniques, and a strong understanding of qPCR and related molecular biology techniques.
