INVERTED MICROSCOPE FLUORESCENCE SYSTEM (IN-HOUSE TRAINING SERIES)

Kelantan – This one-day training session was organized in collaboration with HISTOCENTER (M) Sdn Bhd, supervised by Dr. Noor Fatmawati Mokhtar. The LEICA Inverted DMi8 Fluorescence DFC 365 FX with camera workstation, a set of demo unit equipped with optimized features was introduced. The in-house training was also conducted for our Inverted Microscope Fluorescence System (LEICA). The demo unit was placed in-house and to be used for the cell culture workshop 2019. The training session was conducted by Ms. Jessica Choong and Mr. Azly Nor Aliff (Application Team) from HISTOCENTER Malaysia. The course covered applications toward assessment of 3D spheroid and cells transfection research activities. Lecturers, laboratory staff and postgraduate students attended the session.
